- KLWP presets

- Digital artwork

is owned by or licensed to Ganesh6eye Tech Labs and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, purchasing or downloading our products does not transfer ownership of the intellectual property to you.

5. License to Use

Subject to these Terms, Ganesh6eye Tech Labs grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the purchased or downloaded digital content for personal use on compatible devices.

You may use the content for your personal Android customization.

6. Prohibited Uses

You may not, without our prior written permission:

- Resell our themes, presets, or digital assets

- Redistribute our source files

- Upload our files to third-party download websites

You may modify the appearance or configuration of a preset for your personal use, provided that the modified version is not redistributed or sold.

7. Purchases and Payments

Where applicable, purchases made through Google Play are subject to Google's payment, refund, and purchase policies.

Ganesh6eye Tech Labs does not directly process or store your complete payment card or banking information.

Refunds for purchases made through Google Play may be subject to Google's applicable refund policies.

8. Availability and Compatibility

We attempt to keep our applications functional and compatible with supported Android devices and software.

However, we do not guarantee that our applications will work on every Android device, Android version, launcher, screen resolution, or third-party application configuration.

Updates to Android, device manufacturers' software, launchers, or third-party applications may affect compatibility.
